Sail instruction available if requested. Do as little or as much as you like
in regard to the operation of the boat. There are daily opportunities to hike
on different islands. You can catch your own crab, salmon or clams, try an
ocean kayak, and explore bays and quiet coves. There are options to visit
resorts. The crew is well-versed in local history, flora, and fauna. The experience
is generally geared to couples, but many families have experienced good family
vacations with the sailboat. Winds are usually best in the spring and fall
(10-20 knots) and lighter in the summer (5-15 knots). Most eagle sightings
are in the spring. August often has meteor showers for star-gazing.
